Please give me some tips on using an outdoor sauna

Prepare: Before entering the sauna, shower to remove any sweat or dirt, and dress appropriately (avoid synthetic materials).
Temperature control. Set the sauna temperature according to your comfort level and tolerance. Start with lower temperatures and gradually increase them as you acclimate to the heat. The ideal temperature for a sauna should be 160 Fahrenheit (70 degrees Celsius).
Heat Up: Sit on a towel and start to get used to the heat. Move around occasionally but don’t overdo it; stay in the same position for no more than 15 minutes.
Do not add water and essential oils to an electric heater. Use a special bowl for essential oils located under the heater.
Only Stay in the Sauna for Up to 15 Minutes. You should only stay in for up to 15 minutes at a time, and AVOID staying in for any longer than 30 minutes max.
Never Use a Sauna When You Feel Sick. If you are feeling unwell, it is best to AVOID using a sauna as your body is already going through stress.
Is strictly prohibited to drink alcohol in the sauna.
Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water before, during, and after using the sauna. Avoid consuming alcoholic beverages or caffeinated drinks, as they can dehydrate your body.
It is better to go to the sauna in pairs or groups.
Don't Fall Asleep in a Sauna
Burns or injuries. Avoid direct contact with hot surfaces and take caution when using sauna accessories. If an injury occurs, immediately apply cold water to the affected area and seek medical attention if necessary.
Cool Down: Step out of the sauna and take a cool shower when you feel it’s time to cool down.
